Entre le Parti démocratique sénégalais (Pds) et l’Alliance pour la République (Apr), la rupture est définitive. Macky Sall Sall réitère son option pour l’opposition.

Au Centre Daniel Brottier, la couleur marron domine ce samedi 12 décembre 2009. Cette dominance s’exprime à travers tee-shirts, casquettes, foulards arborés par les militants de l’Alliance pour la République qui organisent l’Assemblée générale constitutive de la « Convergence des cadres républicains ». L’ambiance est assurée via des mélodies en hommage à Macky Sall entonnées par les chanteurs, Abou Diouba et Souleymane Faye.

Un foulard marron autour du cou, vêtu d’un costume qui cadre également avec les couleurs de son parti, Macky Sall trouve dans la salle une délégation de ses alliés de la Coalition Bennoo conduite par Maguette Thiam du Pit mais aussi des militants tous acquis à sa cause.

Il revenait au président de la Convergence des cadres républicains, Thierno Alassane Sall, de camper le sujet. « Il serait fastidieux de revenir sur toutes les tentatives d’intimidation, de représailles, de débauchage dont l’Apr a fait l’objet. Les appels répétés au leader de l’Apr à rejoindre la famille libérale ne visent qu’à faire croire que des négociations souterraines ont cours dans le secret mais vains espoirs de discréditer Macky Sall », déclare-t-il. M. Sall souligne que le « point de non retour » est atteint dans les relations entre le Pds et l’Apr. Invité à prendre la parole au nom de Bennoo, Maguette Thiam a appelé à la poursuite de la lutte contre le régime. C’est le combat qui vaille aujourd’hui, fait-il remarquer, dénonçant l’érection d’agences à côté des ministères.

Ce diagnostic pousse certainement Landing Savané à réchauffer le slogan « folli » (démettre).

Comme pour rassurer le chef de file des « Folliste », Macky Sall répond que l’opposition « va battre le régime ». Comment ? Le leader de l’Apr prône une « nouvelle pédagogie politique inspirée de deux dogmes : celui de la vertu dans la manière d’être, celui de la vérité dans la parole, les engagements et les actions ».

Cette nouvelle pédagogie bannit manifestement la création d’agences qui, selon Macky Sall, « entraîne un transfert massif de fonds du Trésor public ». Et cela se fait, à en croire M. Sall, « sans un contrôle parce que ces structures sont logées à la présidence de la République ».

Macky Sall prône également une unité dans l’action au sein de Bss. Pour lui, l’opposition ne doit pas se tromper de combat.

« Notre seul adversaire, c’est le régime ». A l’endroit de ceux qui doutent de son engagement pour un changement de pouvoir au Sénégal, Macky Sall réaffirme son ancrage dans l’opposition et sa rupture définitive avec le Pds.

« C’est fini. La rupture est consommée », martèle M. Sall qui « estime que la peur bleue est devenue véritablement bleue ».Le Soleil
